Newsfeed Component

Hey stackFramers 👋

AJ here with an update for this week, to start I want to apologize to not getting back to you all later in the week with an update. Ran into a couple of roadblocks coding and couldn’t seem to fix them in time!

My bad!

But this week I wanted to share with you what I completed and that’s the Create Post, Newsfeed, and Log out components.

For now….

You can add the Create Post component into your Framer Website which will allow users to add a title & description.

When they click post, that’s where the magic comes in, but first you’ll need to drag in the Newsfeed component into your Framer website as well.

Once you do this, all user posts will be displayed in this newsfeed component.

How cool is that?

Last but not least you know I had to build a log out button… this component is self explanatory but man it’s cool.

This week I’m working on the following…

🔨 Adding styling options to the newsfeed component so you can style the posts how you want to.
🔨 Adding the ability to upload photos when creating a post
🔨 Displaying photos in the newsfeed
🔨 Adding Profile pictures, username, bio to sign up form. Right now it’s just email & password.
🔨 Upgrading user profile component to display these new fields (Profile pictures, username, bio)

There’s a ton of work to get done this week, lets see how far I get.

Excited to get stackFrame in front of you all, if you’re interested in using stackFrame right now in its current state please reply to this email and I’ll work on getting you access.

In the mean time, please share stackFrame with all your Framer friends so more people can know about it.

Anyone who is subscribed to this Newsletter will be receiving a couple of special perks when we launch 👀

Talk to you all next week!
